Last week on The Flyby, we took a special look back at a massive summer blockbuster, aka Independence Day: Resurgence, which was a disaster movie in every possible sense.  So this week we’re going to go even bigger…by getting really small.  That’s right, it’s our review of Ant-Man and the Wasp, which is the latest flick in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and a sequel to plain old Ant-Man.

Marvel hasn’t had very many stumbles, and both Cranky T-Rex and Sarjex dug Ant-Man’s first movie for being smart enough to tell a story that didn’t hinge on the destruction of a major city, so it’s no surprise that they were hopefully optimistic about this when the trailers came out.  However, Scott Lang’s latest adventure comes in the shadow of that crazy Infinity War climax, and that’s a tough act to follow.  So, does dialing things back to size and adding the Wasp hold up in the larger MCU, or will this be Marvel’s first total faceplant?

Tune in for the full spoiler-filled review at 10 PM ET right here on the and don’t forget to hop in the chat to tell us your thoughts about the movie!
